Quality Suites

Hotels seem to be in a race to the bottom in terms of little conveniences that used to be standard, like having more than one trash can in the suite, or a penpad at the desk. Bed was fine. Weird but understanding quirk is needing to have a room key in a slot in the wall to keep lights on.

This place is awful they had bugs crawling on the bed and walls plus on the ac united and curtains.... i had to sleep on my motorcoach bus... this place needs to be shut down... also the ice machine didnt work.... if i could give -10 i would

Not the best, but not the worst. Rooms definitely need a better housekeeper, but it wasnt terrible. One of the desk attendants was a little creepy and thing are certainly outdated. I would stay here again in a bind, but not by myself.

The lady at the front desk in the morning was completely rude and obnoxious. She feels like she was entitled to treat people staying in the hotel like trash. Other than the management that ran the place everything seemed to be all right. The breakfast buffet in the morning was okay but not all that. Safety: Not the safest environment to be in. Too much criminal activity within the area. No pool or anything for kids to have a place to play. Not kid-friendly. If you want to stay on a business trip by yourself it's not too bad. Wouldn't bring my family here.
