Location not correct needs to one mile more down Southcross, photos all not from new location. Needs update fast this is a va center with a dav helper used often. Needs fixing soon address correct but directions take you to old location. Help

I have left message for my assigned PCM 4 times and none of them are being answered so I guess I'm going to have to go to the clinic personally to get a message to the NP I'm assigned to since I've never seen this person before.

Lines are long..wait time is horrible..doctors are always changing..and it's always hard to get someone on the phone

My first time using this location and my experience was great. The appointment for my labs was moved up and I was told just to show up. I explained this to the wonderful lady behind the counter and she said no problem, Ill just hand print my labels out. My wait time was less than ten minutes. The lab technician was awesome, courteous, and professional. She managed to find my veins without any problems, something others have a problem with, and I was out in under five minutes. I have an appointment next week to see the doctor so I hope that goes just as well.
