If you have the opportunity to work with this lender, do yourself a favor and do it. They are knowledgeable, professional, and fast at what they do. The entire staff is involved in the process and they have VA loans down to a science and will make the process as smooth and easy as possible. (Which surprisingly can be quite smooth and easy with them) I worked with Ricardo and it was genuinely a pleasure every step of the way with enthusiastic communication and service. I cannot recommend Aligned enough if you are looking for a lender, and it is an absolute no brainer for any veterans utilizing the VA loan.
