My loan advisor was Matthew Stansbury. In our opinion he is the best! Always available and answering questions before I could even formulate the question. Myself and my family were so blessed to have him as apart of our first time home buying process. Although, we are no longer looking for a property to purchase, I cannot wait to work with Matt again on my second home buying experience. Until then we will recommend him to eveyone we know. Ms. Sharon Campbell AkA Mama Sharon truly went out her way to make sure we got the house we want. I say Mama because she looked after me and my wife like we was truly was family. She worked day and night and went out her way. Didnt matter what day it was what time it was when we needed her she was there. I remember a time she was on the road with her husband, while he had to take care of work business, she still was made sure we got what we needed done. We truly built a personal relationship in all being top professional person I will probably will ever meet in this of industry and position she holds. I went from you MAY BE ABLE get a house like this in a couple of years But NOT guaranteed to Get ready Kevin, in 2 days is your closing day and getting your keys to your new home in matter of months. When the rest say no or maybe Mortgage Solutions said yes its possible. I can go on and on about how she was to me and my family but I have to finish moving into my new beautiful home. Matt Stansbury and his team are AMAZING a 10/10!!! They helped me and my family every step of the way!!! Matt is very knowledgeable, patience & extremely understanding! This was our first home-buying experience and Matt was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and responsive to any questions asked throughout the entire process. Matt was very transparent with the whole process. We always felt in the loop and didnt get a bad vibe when we asked questions. Matt and his team are very knowledgeable when assisting Veterans throughout the home-buying process. We were able to close on our home in 30 days without any issues.
