Did not communicate. They measured our sign incorrectly so our pylon sign was smaller than the billboard it was installed on which looks unprofessional. When I called about it, I was told they would fix it. They havent fixed it yet and its been about a month. They charged our company credit card for the remainder of the payment without my authorization and havent responded to my email in regards to whats going on.

This company worked very closely with me through the process of designing and printing a few pictures for above our refrigerator. They helped us and were very generous with their time. It was an awesome turnout and they made sure that we were maximizing the amount of pictures that we could have printed, which gave us a lot of options to choose from. I could not be more pleased!
