Absolutely do not rent with them. We had all sorts of issues with problematic neighbors, things breaking all the time, and people coming in and out of the house due to the owner trying to sell the house during our lease. We even had to fix a plumbing issue because they were taking forever to schedule a repair and we were unable to wash any of our dishes or use the kitchen sink whatsoever. Keep in mind this was all during our first year renting house, and we decided to move out when our lease was over due to having a newborn and not wanting to deal with more house showings, surveys, and inspections. We paid a $1495 deposit and they took the entire amount plus charging us an additional almost $1200. Over $1500 was allegedly just for painting even though there were very minimal issues with the paint that was mostly normal wear and tear such as very small nail holes and discoloration that was there before we even moved in and was noted on the move-in sheet. They denied our move out charges dispute and have no empathy towards the fact that we just had a baby and cant afford to pay outrageous fees. After requesting a receipt of the vendor who painted the house, they never sent it and wiped all of the messages pertaining to the dispute and fees. If you care about about renting from a company that has integrity, this is not the right choice for you.

It is the worse property management ever! They never stepped foot in the home before we moved in. Broken bedroom door ( I fixed at my expense) broken kitchen drawer ( I fixed at my expense) they would not clean carpets or paint or reimburse me. But I took care of it at my expense. I fixed and replaced 8 lawn sprinkler heads and added a shut off valve at the meter at my expense. Built a back patio at my expense. Then they want to charge me for door stops missing. And not want to give my full deposit. This home is in much better condition and ready to move in when I left then it was when I moved in. I WOULD NOT recommend this company and would advise going another route!

This is the most corrupted management company I have ever dealt with in my life from the start of the lease in December 2023 up into now and Im not even halfway through the lease. The lease was broken by them the first day I signed it. Runnnnn!!!!!! Be WARE!!!!! I DID WARN YOU!!!! IM ONE TO PAY MY BILLS ON TIME WITH GREAT CREDIT!!!! The AUSTIN AND SAN ANTONIO COMPANY IS CORRUPT AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. Take your DOUBLE DEPOSITS ELSE WHERE DONT LOOK RUN WHEN YOU SEE MYND MANAGEMENT

Absolutely the worst management company I have ever worked with. Melanie was the property manager and the only one they had for the area. I already tried getting someone else, Not possible. The only thing I can say Mynd and Melanie were good at was deflecting, making excuses, and requesting money. Every contractor through Mynd was over priced for simple tasks. I had to get my own contracted to do the work every time because theirs were so overpriced. When we were turning over the house to a new tenant, the painting was not included in the make ready. Nor was cleaning the house even though they said they charged me for someone to clean. When asked why all the baseboards were so dirty along with other areas. They responded with, that is taken care of when they pain. So they will just paint over all the dirt in the house and think that is the correct way to do it. Not one good thing about this company.

The worst property management with terrible communication. We lived at a home for 6 months before needing to do a job relocation to another city. We gave a 90 day notice of leave (breach of contract) due to a job relocation and thought this would be plenty of time to have our home ready to be marketed and leased to new renters upon our move out. We contacted the property management multiple times only to speak with call centers with little knowledge on our lease agreements and false information on the details to come in our breach of contract. Prior to submitting our 90 day notice, we were first informed with the breach of contract, our lease would end and we would no longer be responsible for any of the remaining 6 months on our lease upon move out. Then Mynd Mangement advised us less than 3 weeks from move out, we are responsible for the lease even after move out until a new renter signs a lease. Plus they would not market the home until we moved out, giving us less chance of somebody taking over our lease. We would have reconsidered the breach of contract knowing this important piece of information that they left out of our lease agreement and failed to communicate with us when submitting our 90 day notice.
