Excellent realtor! Responded to EVERY question from us within minutes day, night, and weekends. He bent over backwards to fit our schedule. We are very glad we got to work with Chad. He knew a lot about the neighborhoods and value of the homes. He was willing to work with us as long as it took to find the house we were looking for and to answer every single of of our questions. He was very responsive to our questions and arranging house showings as soon as possible. This was the first home we have ever purchased and Chad was so helpful throughout the entire process. Chad is the real deal; he's an absolutely amazing realtor. My wife and I were first time home buyers, and he coached us through every little detail. He's extremely knowledgeable, and had our best interests at heart through the whole process. And he was always willing to make time for us. When we finally found the house we wanted to buy, he got us the best deal possible during the negotiations. I can't recommend him enough. You need him as your realtor.
