What kind of person answers the phone call and call a potential client a "crazy nut bag" that's crazy... What kind of people are y'all hiring????????

Been renting from them for almost 3 years now and never had no issues , my water heater went out and they fixed it the next day, my AC went out and they sent a repair guy the same day, no complaints on my end! My sister also rents from them and shes never had any issues either so .. not sure about the bad reviews but my experience has been positive.

They refuse to fix things like leaky roofs & plumbing issues, will tell the tenants it is their responsibility to fix on their dime & still expect rent to be paid.

If i could give zero I would. Whoever i spoke to on the phone about a property was nothing but rude. Scoffed at me and hanged up the phone on me. I dont know why their business is still running when they lack proper manners and proper attitude for customer service. Dont do business with them and instead look for better people than these rude people.
