Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and any of its agents. Especially Cory and Eddy. I worked with them a few years ago when looking for a house to buy and they lied to my face, gave me a fake document related to repairs the seller had agreed to make prior to closing and almost got me sued. When the problems came to light with Corys blatant and intentional lies at closing Eddy stepped in to try to resolve the problems but he was just as big of a joke. Rude and condescending to a young girl. I hope none of his daughters ever get the kind of service he gave me. Even the agent for the other party apologized to me for the situation and advised I find better representation. Trust meany broker/realtor/agent is going to be better than what youll get from these people. If youre looking for caring and helpful people to guide you through buying your first home these guys are not it!!
