Excellent ! She helped us look for our little house as first timers, we thought it was super difficult especially because of the language, but Viviana helped us with everything we needed and clarified all the doubts we had apart from the fact that her Spanish is very good and that made us feel much safer with this whole process.

Viviana is absolutely amazing to work with! She found us our dream home and when we were arguing about how much backyard each floor plan left behind, she reached out to the builders and got us first on the wait-list for our #1 floor plan but with an extra large lot. She was with us every step of the way providing critical advice. We love our home, so I can't imagine moving, but if we ever did we would absolutely be reaching back out to Viviana to find our next spot!
