Online ordering was not working. Recieved confirmation and monies had been paid via debit card thru system. Got to the store and was told they hadn't received my online order. Had the impression from "sandwich artist", that nothing could be done. Had to call Manager to tell her to make my sandwiches. I'm not quite sure what to think of this new generation of workers. They can't think critically or find simple solutions to problems on their own.
