        Horrible service; made an appointment over a week ago; went in for our appointment at 2:00 yesterday, only to be told our representative, Mr. Ferrari, had a walk in appointment. Then what is the point of making the appointment? Then our representative calls us back yesterday after dropping f off our paperwork to let us know it would longer than expected. Today, I get a call from another employee at the same location telling us that our representative will not be able to do our taxes. Totally unacceptable. I understand its the last weekend but if I made an appointment a week ago, then they need to do their job.
