Where the sales people are very nice their actual tree service is less than adequate. We were booked out 2 months. Got 24 hours notice to do the job. Which we pushed a day. They crew of 2 arrived at 9am to take care of the 3 oak trees in the backyard. After 4.5 hours they left and had not completed the job! They left multiple spots untreated, left some dead limbs, and neglected to take care of any of the water sprouts. A revisit happened over a week later, only after I had to demand the work be completed ASAP. The crew that came back did a fine job with the tree but broke a strand of meditation bells with sentimental value and broke a piece of wood on our deck. They neglected to tell us about either! Didnt realize the bells were broken until after the fact. The crew apparently took them and trashed them. Im sure it was accidental, I would have liked to been able to keep them. In my opinion, this company boasts way more than they can provide! I am extremely displeased. I most sorry, I recommend them to a friend before having the work done.

Toni DeFronzo, Honestly, I have been surprised that the service has always been dependable. I have used this company a few times and they have done a good job in my, not so easy, back yard property. Sean has been a welcome addition to their team. Kim has a pleasant personality, but is all business and very thorough. Thank you Kyle for keeping a good team together. Certified Tree Care did a great job trimming all the trees around my house that were hanging over our roofline. They also removed 2 dead trees, one of which was in a very difficult spot. They were very friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up the yard and patio well. I also believe they are cheaper than other companies in the area. Highly recommend!

Santos and his crew did an outstanding job on the removal of three dead Hackberry trees that posed a danger to my house.Although I was originally told it would be three to five weeks they responded within two weeks.
