I know the website says theyll hand deliver your passport to the office but its a scam. They sit you down on the computer to fill out the passport forms, PAYING IN ADVANCE, and then you still have to make an appointment at the passport office to turn in your forms and get it approved. I paid $168 for an expedited passport, when all I did was fill out the forms there. Its such a scam. The website says they use a courier to expedite your passport. NOT TRUE.
