    Apart from an awesome Living experience at the grand and how close it is to.. near by restaurants & the outlet mall quick hwy 35 access The staff here are very Professional and prompt with any questions/ issues Not to mention how prompt Ali & the maintenance team are the best !!! they attended to my Hvac AC FUSE ASAP !! and ac filter was replaced with other minor details Definitely recommend the GRAND HANDS DOWN !!! ~GLORIA ~

    The overall apartments are nice here at The Grand, but if youre a pet owner do not live here. My dog has gotten two bacteria infections from just walking around the grounds of The Grand because NO ONE picks up after their dogs. On top of that my rent is 1,500/month which is fine but to get charged amenities that include a dog park is laughable. There hasnt been bags to pick poop in over 2 months, so these ridiculous pet owners will bring them to the dog park use the restroom and just leave. On top of that my A/C went out 3 months ago and it took 2 months to fidget repaired. With zero communication from the maintenance crew hahahah btw these are the guys that cant even refill the dog bags In the dog park. Im not even the type of guy to leave a review, but I feel obligated to let people know about this place. Ive been a current resident since this place opened and this is the kind of crew they have.

    We have lived here since October of 2023, & I am really happy that we decided to make the Grande at StoneCreek our home! This was the first, and last complex we looked at when moving to San Marcos. We immediately felt like we were at home. The office staff was amazing in helping us with the move in process. Cassie was very helpful, & courteous! Moving to a new city of course comes with a lot of questions, & she replied to all of them and was super helpful. Every interaction I have had with the office staff has been nothing less than extraordinary! I have wanted to take the time to write a review for a while now but like most life can be extremely busy. I think people are quick to point out the negatives in their experiences. Therefore, I feel we should also take out the time to recognize the positive. Good service can be hard to come by. Renters expect to receive good amenities, & service for what they pay. I moved from a complex that simply did not care about running a good business. This complex does and I would highly recommend moving here! One of the most important things to me is MAINTENANCE!! ALI, & CHRIS are spot on! I am a tenant that takes pride in where I live down to the smallest detail. They have been to my unit several times for repairs, & standard maintenance request and have always been very professional and knowledgable. I usually do not leave reviews, but moving from a complex that would not respond to a request, I am so appreciative of such great service. Initiative means everything!! They understand the importance of a residents request for the need of not just repairs, also maintenance keep up like a new air filter, etc. They are always prompt and get the work done. These guys work hard and are a big part of why I am a happy resident. I work from home and they have been amazing in working around my schedule. Yes, very professional, competent, and friendly! The complex is quiet, clean, and I feel really safe here. Also and the location is great! I read the reviews about the sewer smell. That is of the past! Factory, or whatever it was is gone! It has been more than a month if not longer since I have experienced that smell. I have read complaints about parking. This has never been an issue for me personally. In a perfect world everything would be perfect. The fact that the company, & its employees address any concerns brought to their attention means everything! I appreciate all of you and would recommend that anyone looking for a new home look here!! The Grande at StoneCreek is amazing!!

We have a strict policy regarding pet waste, and we ask residents to report anyone who’s been caught leaving their pet waste behind. Our maintenance team does their best to clean up after pets where they can, but we need our residents to police themselves, too.
