Emily was my leasing consultant who provided a very detailed tour of this lovely property. She was extremely kind and professional. There are a few fees which I did not expect such as paying for a covered parking spot and trash valet, but Emily was very transparent in explaining these fees prior to our tour of the property. The location is centrally located to downtown San Marcos, shopping, and restaurants.

I have lived here for almost a year and love it so much! As a San Marcos resident who is not in college it was super important to find a quiet and safe place to live and PG is exactly that. I want to personally shout out Emily in the office who has been amazing from the moment I toured and has never made me feel like a burden with my questions and requests. I know I can be a bit of a hassle at times but she has always answered my questions swiftly, thoroughly and without fail! Our maintenance crew is AMAZING - every time I pass by they smile and wave and have always fixed my requests within 24 hours and are super super respectful of my entry requests. I am hoping to resign my lease so long as rent does not increase by much. I do not know if I just got lucky but my neighbors have never been an issue either. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!!

I absolutely loved the management, theyre really nice and was very thorough. The community is quite and beautiful I will love to be apart of this community

Emily made our experience on the tour so easy she was very kind and answered any and all questions we had. Prices are very reasonable love the view from the apartment and the space also all the amenities they offer
