Their website says rooms available and will allow you to complete the leasing processing despite no rooms available. Spoke to Devon and the Manager, Elizabeth and they said rooms have been sold out since Fall of 2023. She then proceeded to blame it on IT.....Wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.

I toured here recently and the one thing I loved the most was the amazing staff! The woman who helped my friend and I, I think her name was Kayley, was so incredible! She gave us all the information we needed and was able to answer all of our questions. She was so so sweet and welcoming! I would definitely recommend signing here, and when you go to tour ask for Kayley!!

The Pointe is a great place to live! The staff (Jajuan, Lizzie, Sam) are super helpful in the office (very down to earth Individuals). Maintenance (Matt) is great as well!

I toured the complex earlier this week and couldn't help but notice how professional Kayleigh was while escorting me through all of the amenities. She seemed to know her way around and answered all of the weird questions I asked with ease. I would definitely recommend this place as a home while pursuing my degree.
