Redpoint San Marcos

There were dangerous block parties there that would get out of control. When we moved out they charged us for damage on things that we reported on the move in inspection, I disputed the charges and they wouldn't even reply. Now it is a derogatory entry on my credit report. Maintenance was slow and shoddy. Don't live there. UPDATE Even though the owner replied to my review that there were no disputed charges I just got a call from a debt collector wanting to resolve disputed charges with red point San Marcos. Red Point San Marcos needs to get their stuff together. I'm not going to pay this because I don't owe it so my credit score is going to suffer. Do yourself a favor don't rent these apartments or send your kids there. Still on my credit report even though they say they did not report the disputed amounts. The ONLY derogatory entry on my credit report.

4 minutes from the river and helpful maintenance team. Only problem is how loud everyone is at night... the walls are so thin and everyone stays playing music and partying.

I just signed a lease agreement starting in the Fall. I hope everything works out for me. I ve been on my own for awhile now.

Possibly the worst living community in San Marcos. Its dirty and dangerous living here and youre better off living somewhere else. Cops are always here and I have had people knock on the window late at night. The staff here also isnt the best and every time I have a concern I am just told by lies even by the manager. It was not this bad when I lived here in 2021, I shouldnt have come back. For how high prices are here, its just not worth it.
