    I have lived here for nine years and I love my neighbors! The management keeps getting worse. Sandy was great but she was only here for a few months. The Resident services coordinator, who did a great job, was let go yesterday which probably means there will no longer be organized activities. Update: The management of these apartments is generally terrible. They do not care or make any effort to accommodate living adjustments needed for senior citizens. They only care about collecting more money from residents. This place deserves a zero star rating.

    I've been cleaning for a elderly couple for 2 years at this complex. I've parked in the same spot, way out of the way and was towed today. The left side gate with the key pad was open as it normally is most of the time. I didn't see the sign that said visitor parking needs a pass as I just drove in without stopping at said keypad with the note about parking on it. I went and did my job and came out to no car. No warnings. There wasn't a visible to me sign saying I cannot park. Maybe think about being kind and leaving a warning instead of towing someone's vehicle with their purse and everything in it. Especially when people have to come and go, caregivers, therapist, cleaners. It was detrimental to my life. I don't have money for a inpound lot. I would have never risked parking in a spot not authorized for visitors if I had known. You hurt me more than you could ever know today. Financially ruining me, taking food from my kids. I don't have alot and it put me in a very bad place. I have to go to a food bank tomorrow morning because it took every single penny I had to get my car back.

    DO NOT RENT HERE!! Bad mgmt, allows homeless people to move in, drugs have moved in and selling of drugs has been witnessed by residents. Residents are moving out. When we moved in 4 years ago it was great. However just after that things started going down hill. We didn't feel safe anymore. Furthermore, we were tired of dealing with rats, mice and the drug dealings. We have moved out. Mgmt is doing nothing. UPDATE: it saddens me that you didn't even review my comment and sent an auto reply and gave yourself 5 stars after I gave you a one. I hate that my very wonderful friends are having to deal with this disaster of a mgmt company, owner and local mgmt. all of you don't care about people that live there and can't afford to go anywhere else. Gone are the days of this place being pristine. Now it's just unsafe for the elderly. If i could have given you a zero I would have.

    This place was sold and now they brought a new manager in, they have taken away the Bingo and other activities for the residents, not replacing them with anything. What is she thinking I moved my mother into this place because there was so much for her to do. Keep them active keeps them healthy. Now we have people being fired and quiting because of all these rules this new manager is trying to inforce, They have had sabotage in the place the last few month. Broken water pipes, fire alarms being pulled, wires being pulled on elevators so they wouldn't work. This new manager need to understand she isn't running a prison for the elderly, she needs to quit acting like she is. I live in a diffrent state and my mother wants to move because she isn't happy anymore. This place still advertise lots of activities lies if I could give them a zero stars I would. The company who owns this place should look into getting a new manager (this one is not doing a good job)they need one who can understands older people, this woman sucks at that. Now I am putting my mother on wait list at other places and will be moving her ASAP

    I moved here a month ago because of what I saw and how I was treated in the front office. Now that I'm moved in I am extremely happy about how peaceful it is, the daily activities set up by our actives director, and how fun the front office is to deal with. I love this place and I am extremely happy about my apartment. It's very spacious, and solidly built. My apt is next to an elevator and I never hear it. The other tenants are all friendly and we have a blast at our events here.
