We have used them twice now, and are delighted with the service. They answered when I called, which isn't always a given; they showed up exactly on time, were polite and professional, and did a great job cleaning our carpets and removing stains and odor after our dog had an accident. My two cats always run to the bedroom to throw up--the only carpeted room in the house. Why? I have no idea but the solution to the problem is Fantastic Carpet Cleaning. They came out yesterday. Arrived promptly, had all their equipment in hand, moved my furniture and did their job, putting the furniture back and leaving nothing behind but a great smell. They tech called and said they were on the way before the scheduled time. They came in and said what they were going to do, we had already moved some of our furniture out of the way to make it easier for them to come do their job. A GREAT job which my son and I are very pleased with the end results. My wife doesnt know we had the carpets cleaned so we are going to surprise her later after she gets home from work.
Thanks for a great service, I plan on using them again in the future.
