        Have used ARA for many years, and have always had a great experience. Great friendly, experienced staff. But now they have farmed out the scheduling to the Philippines. Trying to make an appointment was a complete nightmare, several calls, and impossible conversation, to many reasons to explain. I have loved ARA, but will not use them again! So many companies in the USA are making this same mistake. The people in the Philippines seem extremely nice, but do not understand the context of conversation. Way too difficult and a large waste of time.

        Super awesome staff. Ronnie was awesome with my pet scan. But was quoted $900.00 charge by text. Then I made arrangements for the appointment and did the prior diet as required. I showed up and they tell me my insurance may not pay for it and I would be responsible for $5000.00. feels like scam. Can you imagine if ANY other business did this? But I am hoping the initial charge of $900.00 will be all. They did the same thing to another lady at that time. And she left.

      Welcome to ARA Diagnostic Imaging, Austin's oldest and largest diagnostic imaging group. ARA's board-certified radiologists have multiple subspecialties, including musculoskeletal, pediatric, neuroradiology, oncology, women's imaging, emergency radiology, interventional, neurointerventional surgery, body/cross-sectional, molecular radiology and more. Our roots go back to 1954, when Dr. Robert Snider began work as the first full-time radiologist at the original Seton Hospital. Today, the leaders and staff of ARA work in partnership with doctors to bring better health outcomes for our patients. Thoughtful leadership, advanced technology and attention to patient comfort and convenience sets us apart as a successful, caring imaging facility.
