Expect to put aside an hour of your time to pick up meds here. The wait time is usually 45 min to 1 hour if you wait to go after 3/4pm doesnt matter if youre in the drive thru or not. This has happened to me a couple times. The staff could also care less about filling prescriptions on time and lets them go days past their pick up date. Dont bother to call to ask about a medication either. If someone thinks youre done asking questions theyll hang up, nevermind theyre dealing with peoples livelihood. This has happened to me twice. Im usually quick about my phone calls too! I know people have places to be and things to do. Oh and I also got someones prescription once as well! I worked at HEB for almost 10 years in multiple departments in multiple locations. This is the worst pharmacy Ive been to.

Ryan at the pharmacy is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called to get a questioned answered and he repeatedly interrupted me asking for my name and DOB. If youre not allowed to answer questions then say that, dont just keep saying, whats your date of birth? Whats your date of birth? Whats your date of birth?

Every single time I go it is always the LONGEST wait. Typically 15 minutes per car in line. I go inside and wait and that still is not any quicker. One time I went to get a vaccine and after waiting an hour (I tried to be understanding as they were busy) , they took one gentleman back right away. I asked why I had been waiting for so long (with an appointment) and yet they took the man who just came up back immediately. They forgot I was sitting there waiting Mind you shots make me anxious so sitting there for an hour fighting anxiety just because they forgot I was sitting there was very upsetting.
