    There's really no need to fumble through the list of plumbers when all you have to do is call this company. I have dealt with three different technicians here and they were all extremely helpful, with great personal service skills. They were knowledgeable of the issues, they worked in a timely manner, and they fixed my plumbing issues. My sincere appreciation to Alex who was my technician today. He was excellent!

    Cooper arrived promptly, had the part on hand, worked quickly and professionally, and when a second problem arose an hour after he left, returned and replaced another part for no charge.

    I called to fix a broken shower handle and the operator was kind enough to send someone quickly. The technician arrived in a timely manner and explained the cost and what needed to be fixed. The price was higher than expected for an easy job but it came with a one year warranty and I trusted the company since they are a big corporation. The technician fixed the shower handle but while turning off the water outside tracked mud into our house with his dirty work boots. I can understand that this can happen since it has been raining lately but better care should be taken to respect peoples homes. With the handle fixed the technician showed that it was working properly, however I noticed that the turn off position was different than originally situated. He explained that this is the correct position and shouldnt be an issue. We tested to make sure the water was running and he said everything was working fine. He even stated that it would take the water heater a minute to pick up but should have the correct temperatures with the corresponding sides. Later that night while trying to take a shower I realized that the cold side was putting out hot water and the hot side was putting out cold water. Mistakes happen and I called the company to address the issue. They worked with my schedule to have someone come fix the mistake. The same technician arrived the next day and fixed the issue. I wasnt home and had my mother make sure everything was in working order. I just tried to take a shower and its the same issue of cold being hot and hot being cold. I called again to explain the issue had not been fixed properly. I asked to speak to a manager and they had stepped out. Having spent a good amount of money I would think that the issue should be addressed when they make a follow up call. Tomorrow will be the 3rd time to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. Will update review after the issue has been addressed.
