        horrible customer service there, the ladies working there cant even handle the call volume of people trying to get answers. rude rude customer service, just cause i already filled with yall dont give you the right to talk to be anyway you can, i truly wish i never filled with you guys

        I took my kids there, quite the entire time while I was finishing my taxes. The ladys there were so sweet the gave them candy and water to drink. They engage while getting their work done as well. They didnt have too but its clear they understand that sometimes us guardians cant leave our kids home. Also the lady who was doing my tax explained everything to me from start to finish did take a lot longer then I expected but it was all worth got my advance and finished my tax return so no more worries
