Very rude front staff. The receptionist was very rude when I asked to schedule an appointment. Was very sarcastic and when I asked why they were not helping me out, she hung up the phone on me. This was after Ive been a patient for over a year and spent a lot of money on their services and products. Sad to say but I will be switching vets after this poor experience.
