I had 4 keys made about 10 months ago that worked fine. I just recently last week had 4 keys cut all of them did not work to open the front door to my house. I have yet to make it back to the store to turn in the keys and get a refund. Like I said I had keys made before that worked fine this time not so lucky.

My brother broke his key in the lock, and we just happen to be driving by Lowe's, called them to see if they made keys, lo and behold they do AWESOME!!!

I do like the automation of making my own keys, which this does provide. My complaints however, are as follows. 1) no upfront price displayed. I know there are pricing differences, but at least say starting at lowest dollar amount. 2) When offering a third key for free, specify it is only for the key already inserted. I needed 3 total different keys, so I tried to used the 3rd key free to find out it kept the first key in place and made 3 copies of it. 3) Not asking all relevant questions up front. As each key was being processed, other questions pop up for extra sales. Make it all questions before key cutting even starts. 4) This last complaint I really understand why, but still annoying. Did not like the exact money needing to be inserted. I wanted to use cash, but did not have exact amount on me. Instead of going to get change, I chose the credit card.
