After dealing with them several months, I can accurately say that my dealing with them after purchase is one of the worse in the industry.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The service manager is very nice and I have nothing bad to say about her. I purchased a vehicle from this place 2 years ago and they have lied to me screamed at me on the phone for trying to express my frustrations with them. Just been blatantly rude to me for trying to get help with this vehicle they sold me with issues.for 2 years now. Ive told them issues Im having with something and they come back to tell me no its another way more expensive part that needs to be replaced. I turned it down and shortly after I left, having to put parts back together that they left undone it started working and has been to this day. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place

Katelynne Was knowledgeable and very friendly, even though I tried to haggle her down in price for over 3 hours, she kept her cool and we eventually came to terms. Thanks

I have taken my vehicle there twice the first time they said there was nothing wrong with it and i could continue to drive it a week later my fan belt busterd turns out a pulley was digging into my oilpan, when i took it back they said sorry we didnt notice it the first time we had a new technician working on it with little experiance, I was told it would take 2 days to fix it took them almost a month to fix it and the service was horrible from day one, most recently my wife took the same vehicle in for a issue to be diagnosed .The service technician took it for a test drive for almost a hour and a half, I then received a notification from my low jack system that the vehicle exceeded 95 miles per hour. when i called to ask about it the service advisor stated that they are out doing a test drive and when i explained that they were going over 95 mph he said no sir they drive the speed limit i mentioned my lowjack system notified me and he said oh I will ask. when my wife showed up he right away told her two different stories first that they had to excelarate to avoid being hit, then he said that the technician had to speed up to get around a vehicle so he could make the exit at a speed of 95 miles per hour. when my wife questioned why he was taking the exit at that rate the service advisor just rolled his eyes and walked away. This dealership is horrible the service is horrible and apparentlythe technicians do not have the experiance to diagnose a vehicle or the curtosity of treating a customers vehicle with respect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
