Walnut Bend by Centex Homes

I am very pleased with my home and the neighborhood. My only disappointment is they stopped building homes when only half way through with the neighborhood and sold the remaining lots to another builder, who as yet has begun building.

The actual process of buying our home was smooth and easy and everyone I dealt with was mostly professional. However, we have had issues with our dryer and the main electrical switch for it for months now and is still not totally resolved. We are not very happy at the moment. Also, a couple of the issues that were first addressed, after moving in, were dismissed as 'it's unfortunate that these issues happen, but it does happen'. One issue was supposedly resolved, but it wasn't really. The other I am still resolving myself. We are finding other issues the longer we are there and we just moved in April.

This experience of buying a new home has been one of the easiest transitions personally. Everyone goes above and beyond trying to meet your expectations. Two people in particular, Brandon , went above and beyond for my family. Was always available for any questions, answered them in a timely manner, and was very resourceful. In addition, Joey was always readily available for anything. If he didnt know the answer to something he went above and beyond to get you the answer or guide you to the right resource. You can genuinely tell when someone actually cares about their customers.
