1st time I used them it was easy and fast, but the 2nd time was a couple of months and now I have to wait for the check to clear and they were suppose to wire it but didn't, they said they would pay for the 4 over nighters but didnt. I would never use this company again.

Great job buying my note. There were a few hiccups and it did take longer than planned, but some of that was out of their control. Overall, very happy with everyone there and extremely happy with the outcome. Thanks again!

From Mr. D. Borrego; This company made the process of selling my note too easy. Although, I had concerns about getting my funds quick enough to make another investment in a real estate deal that I had working, they did what they said they would and closed before the end of the month. I couldn't believe it when we closed so quickly, so effortlessly. I've never had such an easier and smoother Real Estate closing.
