How do you run a business when your phone doesnt even work the phone no longer is associated with this business on Google maps and on the website how do you run a business?

Customers Beware, They do not stand behind work performed. Changed oil on truck that had never leaked a drop.Needs diaper now.Claimed it had oversize plug in pan, don't care ,still never leaked until they worked on it. Going to Griffith Ford .Update, factory plug and pan threads stripped. Getting new pan. Thanks for nothing Valvoline

I went to this place to have the interlock on my wifes car recalibrated. Wed been told that it would be fine for me to take the car in for her - the owner of the car did not need to be there. I got to Valvoline in my wifes car and someone said hed help me and when he came out I mentioned it was my wifes car. He said it was illegal for him to recalibrate an interlock without the owner of the car there and that he could do prison time for it. So I left. We rechecked and everywhere it was clear that its not illegal. It would illegal to install or remove an interlock without the owner there, but a recalibration can be done by anyone. So we called around - everyone was more than happy to do the recalibration without her there, of course, but there was no one else in Seguin who recalibrated interlocks. So I had to drive to New Braunfels to have it done where they recalibrated it without my wife there. Because the guy at Valvoline didnt know what he was talking about, it punched a hole in my work day of more than an hour. It could have been a 15 min errand. I see that other customers have made this same complaint and Valvoline has responded to those reviews with misinformation. I hope they check the laws on this because theyre literally the only place that wont do it. And to head off any careless reading of my review: I did not remove the interlock. It was installed in my wifes car, which I drove to Valvoline. In addition, even if you tell me its against Valvolines policy, or the manufacturers policy (this would be false) that wouldnt change the situation as the mechanic at Valvoline said it was illegal and he could do prison time, which is demonstrably false.

Wish no stars was an option poor customer was just the beginning you expect more from a manager as well they were closing up I get that and he said they been short handed which is understandable but I had a genuine emergency with my Lexus and was even offering $100 over what it was going to cost for the service which the manager said that they were closing up and I was trying to have a normal conversation with him just inquiring information about their policies and he thought I was arguing with him and told me to have a nice day so I responded with thats just bad business so I will never bring a vehicle I own or anything else of that matter to that location and I will never spend any money at that location as long as he is running it and I would like to have a number for corporate office or if its franchised would really appreciate contact with the owner I dont recommend anybody expecting customer service from this place to visit or waste money
