        Always so nice and welcoming, Nicole did our taxes and kept up with all our files and bookkeeping unlike the old manager, she has been great and is knowledgeable and so fast! We love it.

        Got charged outrageous fees for this lousy service and was told multiple times that I was paying my taxes when I submitted the payment, NOT the service fees. Not happy to have just received a letter from the IRS that I still owe taxes and have now earned interest on them. Spent almost $300 only to have to pay it all over again because of a professional lying or not knowing how to do their job. Absolutely subpar service.
