Trail Bros Jeep Off-Road Shop San Antonio

I purchased a brand new Tundra from the Universal Toyota showroom that had a lift kit, wheels, and tires installed by Outlaw Off Road. Nothing but issues with the parts they installed. My tired rub because they installed the wrong lift kit to handle 35s and they wont fix it or make it right. Every time I make a turn there is a metal on metal sound coming from the front suspension that they will not fix. When they originally installed the suspension they forgot to install the spacers on the drive shaft so every time you hit the brakes it was causing damage to your transmission and making a terrible sound. All of the reviews on here with people telling you how great this place is are probably from their friends and family. Horrible experience from Outlaw Off-road and Universal Toyota.

Great place! Helped me with my off-road Chevy Cruze 2.0 turbo-diesel and got me on the road again in less than 15 minutes. I couldn't have asked for better service or customer care. Thanks guys!!!!
