        The process of ordering windows went great. However, once you tell them you dont want them to install it good luck. The workers watched us load everything. They wont help you load your windows and they dont package them so they dont break. Make sure you bring your own packaging supplies.

      We're very sorry your experience was less than stellar. Normally when a customer picks up an order at Window Pro we do our best to ensure that when the product leaves our warehouse it is in good condition. If the customer opts out of Window Pro's delivery of the product the customer is responsible for the safe transport of the product. If there is anything we can do to help please contact us.
