Choose The Right Door

What a great experience with a company suggested by my Home Warranty company, Home Shield! The first company they listed never called me, so I asked for another company and they sent me to CHOOSE THE RIGHT DOOR. Hallelujah is what I can say! From the start, the immediate contact by Paula, nice and professional, to schedule my appointment within a day. Manu came to do the service, and he is a gentle giant of a guy. So polite, professional, sincere and honest. He worked fast and had it all taken care of. Then I left the house and the door came of the hinges and collapsed. I called him, and he returned my call immediately. He asked for photos, and then said to call Paula and request him to return. He called me again for some more photos, and said he had no idea what happened, but assured me it would be taken care of. Anxiously, I was calling the office the next morning. Paula call me right back and said Manu would be there by the afternoon. THEN JIM, the owner called me to assure me Manu was one of his best guys, and would figure it out. Sure enough, Manu showed up, took care of it in less than an hours. My garage door is working fantastic. I have so many horror stories of companies sent by my home warranty companies, but not this one!! Choose the Right Door is a fantastic and honest business. Once again, I called and used my Home Warranty provider for my garage repair and boy did they deliver. I would highly recommend Choose The Right Door for ALL your garage repair services. It started with Paula being so gracious on the phone and helping me thru the process to Manu working on my doors and being as kind and understanding as he possibly could be with my questions. Kalen? Kaleb?? Came out and repaired my garage. He was professional and punctual. He gave us maintenance tips on how to keep the garage running optimally. And he gave recommendations on which products to use to increase the longevity of our garage opener.
