        Not a dig on the team here, this is in reference to the ops side of things. When you call the number listed - you do not call the office. You're calling a call center where they will ask you for your info and then they will transfer you to the office. In my experience these transfers get answered about 20% of time. And when it is answered the first questions they ask are the same questions you just answered with the call center. Again the team here is nice and professional, but the ops side of things with this franchise is silly. 1. Make calls go the office. 2. If the office is closed for the day or for lunch, have a messaging system set up for customers to leave messages. 3. Have that messaging service list your operating hours and also update those hours on your Google listing.
