        This was the most inconvenient experience Ive had in a while. First, when I arrived the guy told me they couldnt do a state inspection till 3. I was not going to be able to come back several hours later so I opted for the oil change only. After the process started I was told that they didnt have my engine filter in stock and would have to order it. He told me it would take 1-2 weeks to get it in. So not only were they not able to complete all the services I needed, but now I have to come back for the filter. Needless to say, other than for the filter I paid for, I wont be back. Oh and the huge belch the guy let out was the cherry on top of the whole experience.
