I had scheduled my appointment in advance for my flight. They rescheduled my appointment for 35 mins later which was fine. But my issue was that I paid extra for the Japan certificate and they did not check all the needed boxes. So I paid extra for nothing since it was invalid upon my arrival to Japan. I asked before leaving if they needed any other information from me and they said no. Had a very busy day since it was my last day before moving out of the country just to call and hang up on me 10 mins later. I had to call a few times for someone to just to ask me for my info that I had asked if they needed. Wish it was more organized and not worth paying more for the Japanese certificate.

Everything went smooth. I did my PCR for travel there with QR code and the result came in at the time they specified.

This place promises the quick results needed for travel/job return. My son needed to take a test within 72 hours of moving into his dorm. 72, 96, 120, 144 hours later and counting....nothing. This posed a huge logistical problem as my son goes to school 1600 miles away. If there is a delay in the labs and results are dragging, this should have been communicated. I paid a hefty price for NOTHING.
