Oraquest Dental Plans

Bad insurance. If you have children, this insurance is useless for them. They told us pediatric dentists are considered specialist so none are covered. Of course, it is so complicated you get a different answer from a different representative every time you call. If you enjoy reading through rules and spending your entire week trying to figure out how to get your dental visit covered, you will enjoy Oraquest. It is almost like they make up rules in order to make it difficult for you to qualify for coverage. Like they want you to just get frustrated and give up instead of actually using your coverage. We are pretty much just paying cash for the dentist even though we pay for insurance because we can't get them to cover anything. Definitely would not recommend.

This place is a rip off. They have been charging my mother $238.00 each month since July 2017 and have only seen her two times, and never went back to fix what they promised to fix with her dentures. I am turning this so called business into the BBB. TURN THE OTHER WAY Go somewhere else.
