        Joined in 2021. Debit card they printed in the lobby didnt work. Had to wait two weeks to get a replacement. Wife joined and same thing.called and spent an hour on the phone and they said it was resolved. Had to eventually go inside the lobby. Guess the days of customer service are gone.

        My credit score was 715 and my utilization of debit was 16percent. I make a 120'000 dollars a year. Rosa called me twice. I was denied a loan. If you are a hard worker. And need some help. Please don't go there.
