Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Texarkana, TX

My husband and I were here for two nights to attend a funeral service in nearby Atlanta. We were about 30 minutes away, but our experience with this hotel was well worth the inconvenience. I was a bit concerned about noise from the interstate nearby, but we heard no road noise. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was waiting while the front desk person helped someone trying to check in whose card had been declined. She was very patient, and kept calm while the person became more and more frazzled. The breakfast was okay - lots of choices. Those cinnamon rolls were delicious! My only complaint was the smaller pedestal tables in the dining area. They were very unstable, and even if you just put your elbows on the table the top felt as if it were going to fall over. Please change those or repair what is there!

BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE This place sure does not stand up to the Radisson brand. My wife and baby went for a funeral and was booked for 2 nights. The room was so filthy and trashed out. Broken towel rack broken TV remote filthy sheets filthy bathroom and bathtub. She only stayed one night and came home. The lady at the front desk told her there was a extra $50 charge to my card incase they broke anything in the room. And it would fall off in a few days if nothing was wrong with the room. My wife showed her pictures of the room she took when she arrived. The lady responded well the $50 will fall off in a few days. RADISSON WILL GET A CALL FROM ME. Rooms: Nasty filthy trashed out and dangerous. Safety: Dangerous Noteworthy details: Advertised as nice clean I call it FALSE

This Hotel is great. The hotel staff was great from Check in to check out. We want to give a big shout out to Front desk: Manager Melody, Stacy and Tashaunde. You all did great. Kitchen: Manager Linda, Monique and Marie. You all did great. Breakfast was awesome. You all are awesome from check in to check out. You guys are so helpful and nice. We will be back to stay. The pool and hot tub was very awesome. The pool was nice and warm we loved swimming in it. Hope that you always keep it like that. Cold pools are bad but warm pools rock. It was great that we could just relaxed. And then went to the hot tub and wow just the right temperature also. Please keep up the great work and leave the pool warm all the time. Can't wait to see you all again.

Good breakfast, good service and prices. The pool was closed so that was a bummer. The location was very convenient to the highway. We arrived late and left early but had an overall positive stay.

Nice room, and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. One of the reasons I chose this hotel, was because of the great reviews on the breakfast.
