        I am in grad school at Texas A&M University Texarkana and when I realized the gravity of my final three semesters I decided to move closer. I called the manager at Glenn Acres, her name being is Kat, and asked if they had anything available. She asked me what I needed and I told her a bath tub that would fit and cover all of this that I am. Regardless I went there that Friday at 4pm. The next Friday I signed my lease, packed on Saturday, moved on Sunday and the rest is history. The experience has been pleasant. When I took the final tour before signing the maintenance gentlemen Richard and Tony had just finished their work. The space is exactly what I need. Enough space for me and my support pets, a healthy amount of silence to foster academic success, and Im 10 minutes from work, school, and my practicum location. Im excited about what this experience holds.

And for That I'm Super Grateful Man. Ms Kat , Mr Richard AND Tony Really did Welcome Us In The Best way. Even the make ready Process was Insanely dramatic .. It went from Vacant to MY HOME in 2 weeksss!! THANK YOU GLENN ACRES!

The community features mature pine trees, expansive lawn areas, and spacious lots that offer privacy and plentiful outdoor yard space. Prospective residents have a choice of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom floor plans equipped with central heating and air conditioning, extended closets, ceiling fans, double-pane windows, stoves and refrigerators, dishwashers, and two-car onsite parking. Facilities include a swimming pool, basketball court, play structure, a community room with a fireplace suitable for large parties, and well-lighted streets.
