        The tech fixed the problem fine. But! He mis represented the problem to the home warranty agent. He called a wornout part a manufacturers defect. It cost us an additional $250, since the warranty will not cover a manufacture defect. When we called the company that sold us the policy, they looked at the notes and said that the warranty representative tried to get the tech to alter his diagnosis of the problem to a worn part but the tech would not use a different diagnosis. The owners of Centroplex stepped up and made things right!! We'll use or recommend Cetroplex to anyone. Rick R.
