Texas Aero

Texas Aero has always been one of our favorite FBO's to fly into with the facilities, service, and friendliness. They have really outdone themselves with our latest adventure. The starter on our plane left us stranded on the ramp over a holiday weekend, and they were beyond accommodating in helping us call mechanics, rental car companies, and getting paperwork ready if we wanted to use their mechanics when the holiday was over. Top Notch service not seen at all FBO's. Thank you to Texas Aero for making an unfortunate situation a little better!

This facility is very clean and is really nice. Has no business having any facility fees with the cruddy service they have here. The staff is just unorganized. We showed up and there crew car was out of fuel, so we had to add fuel just to get to where we were going in town. The front desk was all over the place. We placed a fuel order and when we showed back up to the airport an hour and a half later the airplane still had not been fueled. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get fuel. They were not even busy, the front desk staff were on their cell phones not lifting a finger. Honestly no excuse for all that went down during our visit. Would have hoped for a much better visit with such a nice facility.
