We drove over an hour to look for a lost phone in the ball pit and were rudely denied. Wasted gas, wasted time, and money spent on a new phone. Many photos and memories, gone. Oh hey, and before you go into their ball pit, if you do end up going there, PLEASE do not take anything of value in with you. If you do lose something, they will tell you it's printed on the front door that you can't look for it. Absurd that you can't retrieve your own property. Is that not considered theft? Thanks for nothing, Urban Air!

My kids started out in the ball pit area ZERO issues. When we went to the trampolines then my kids were the only ones being corrected for having two kids on a trampoline, I asked the man to start correcting everyone else who were doing backflips and such. Once I talked to a manager and he moved that employee, the two sent over started correcting everything for my kids while others were still flipping. After talking to the manager once again I told my kids to go to another area which is when they went back to the ball pit area, that manager said my son was now too short even though he had played over there (I have a video of an employee watching him too) when I started explaining how I feel like my kids were targeted at this point we were called racist by the manager and the GM started talking negatively about my parenting and told the manager that because a birthday party was going on we needed to move because these people didnt pay $500 to see arguing. At that point we were just having a normal conversation that no one else could hear. Im a paying customer just as much as the next one but because I didnt pay as much I dont get the same treatment. We were treated HORRIBLY. However I have a rave about another location in Fort Worth that we talked to right after and how amazing this other locations GM was.

The kids had a great time. Pizza was priced well and was good.
