My dog recently had food poisoning and the Vet took great care of him! The staff is super friendly!

The doctor here was unprofessional and completely hateful. my friend has been taking her animals there for years. A week ago she accidentally ran over one of her dogs and brought him in immediately. (because thats how much she loves her animals.) She was completely inconsolable. It was said that max would not make it due to the extent of his injuries. The doctor Then had the gall to make my friend look Inside the hole that was created from the pressure of the vehicle, and told her blatantly see what you did. Again I say at the damage was extensive. There was nothing definitive to actually see anymore. my friend was so absolutely horrified, and distraught that she fell to the ground Uncontrollably crying. That was absolutely absurd. What gives this man, the right to torture a person? What gives this man, the right to do this? Shes had this dog for over 15 years. This man totally destroyed her world. Not to mention, she has been bringing all her animals to this clinic for years and this man knew that she was definitely not the kind of person to take this lightly. And to top it all off, he decided to euthanize her precious animal in front of her. She was already suffering from guilt, But now, even a week later, shes traumatized and depressed. This man has been ugly before unforeseen reasons probably a bad day or what have you And she and I know for a fact, others have let him get away with this because he was a good , but this day Dude, you went too far.
