        When I call the property all I get is a busy signal. Not sure if this is normal or not but thought I would let you know.

        Terrific apartment but terrible property management. Dead grass, weeds, trees need trimming, broken exit gate, mattresses and sofas stacked by the dumpsters for months. They simply don't maintain the property. I've lived here for four years and I'm moving. The place is really run down.

        The customer service, miscommunication, and management sucks. The actual apartment itself is so nice and we love it. But you will have to stalk and call and email relentlessly just to get a response from them if you do have issues. Also, they will lie and say they are sending maintenance/pest control. You will be waiting weeks for results just to find out they never even put in the request for you.
