Brothers Management Company

I am a senior at Baylor currently leasing with Brothers. Our apartment flooded on the first day of school due to a pipe burst. It has been over two months and they still have not fixed the damages. Brothers refused to fix the damages in a timely matter and avoided any communication about it. DO NOT lease with Brothers under any circumstance. Yes, the apartments are nice, but the management is a travesty. They care nothing about their tenants. We cannot use most of our apartment and one of my roommates is living in a hotel. Our ceiling and floors are ripped up and are not getting fixed. We are stuck paying full rent for an untenable apartment.

The reviews say it all. The owners of this company should be embarrassed and ashamed that their tenants are this unhappy and they still don't do a thing. My son's house is a disaster... the air conditioning, washer and dryer, leaking pipes, broken toilet, and structural damage to name a few. No matter how many work orders are sent in they either ignore or send unqualified people out who don't fix a damn thing. Get ready to spend a ton of time hunting these landlords down, threatening them with litigation, and hiring your own people to do the repairs if you want to lease one of their properties. Lawyer up before renting here...

I lived in their Jamestown property for three years. Brothers Management charged me a fair price and was very attentive for the entire time. I enjoyed being a resident for them and would do it again.
