AutoNation Collision Center Waco

Update: Work was finally completed on 1/4/2024 and they did a good job as far as the repair work is concerned but it took too long. They also replaced the lift gate control module and battery at no cost to us so points for those things as the lift gate was working when we dropped it off. My wife's 2022 Tahoe has been at this body shop since 10/16/2023 and at the time the worst case scenario was 6 weeks and now the excuses keep rolling in and it could be January and the scenario sounds just like Rachelle Brown's review. Will update this review after my wife calls.

After hitting a deer, my insurance company sent me to AutoNation. The timeline was exactly as I was told, and the work was well-done. I had a non-related engine issue after pickup, and the customer service rep, Devlin, helped me to pinpoint it and gave me some very good advice (dead battery replaced on the spot by a local parts store). He definitely went the extra mile, and I was very grateful. During my AN repairs, I was able to coordinate with a local Enterprise rental agency for a seamless experience all around.
