My Escape stalled in Waco on my way back to Houston from Dallas. My family was with me so I rented a car a drove them home. The next day I called my insurance company and had my Escape towed to this dealership. I called ahead and spoke with a gentleman at this place to coordinate the cars arrival, and gave him details on the problems Ive had with the vehicle. I received a text from their automated system a few days later showing over $12,000 in repairs suggested . Ive called several times and left several voicemails and messages with his colleagues and still nothing. I will pay these fine folks a visit when time permits since my car is still there. The lack of professionalism is appalling. My family will drive Honda or Toyota from here on.

They did fine on my recall work. They dont have anyone available to look at transmissions. First for me at a dealer. Dont expect to make any friends.
