        Customer service is top notch and this bank goes above & beyond to take care of its customers & know their business! There was a very big & serious issue with my sons CD. Barbara & Karen at the Waco Location on Valley Mills Dr yall are amazing Rock Stars! I appreciate all the help & phone calls yall made on our Sons behalf to take care of the issue that we hope to be resolved by Friday! Stay awesome Ladies yall are doing everything right!
